What is an OFD file?
OFD (Open Fixed-layout Document) is China's national standard electronic document format (GB/T 33190). It is widely used for e-invoices, official documents, and digital archives issued by Chinese government agencies and businesses.
Are my OFD files uploaded to a server?
No. All processing is done entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your OFD files never leave your device. The viewer works completely offline once the page has loaded.
How do I print an OFD invoice?
Open your OFD file by clicking or dragging it onto the upload area. Once the document renders, click the 'Print' button in the toolbar. The viewer will open a print dialog with all pages formatted for printing.
How do I export OFD pages as images?
After opening your OFD file, click the 'Export Images' button. Each page will be saved as a PNG file. For multi-page documents, each page is downloaded separately.
What OFD file versions are supported?
This viewer supports standard OFD files compliant with GB/T 33190-2016 and GB/T 33190-2021, which covers electronic invoices, VAT invoices, and general business documents.
Why does my OFD file not display correctly?
