Frequently Asked Questions
Is my invoice data stored on your server?
No. This tool is entirely client-side — your data is processed in the browser only and never sent to any server. Close the tab and it's gone.
How do I export the invoice as a PDF?
Click "Print / Save as PDF", then in the print dialog select "Save as PDF" (Chrome/Edge) or "Open in Preview → Export as PDF" (Safari/Mac). The invoice is formatted for A4/Letter print output.
Can I add multiple line items with different quantities?
Yes. Click "+ Add Line Item" to add more rows. Each row has a description, quantity, and unit price. The subtotal, tax, and total are recalculated automatically.
Does it support tax?
Yes. Enter a tax rate (%) in the Line Items section. The tax amount is calculated on the subtotal and shown separately. You can set it to 0 for tax-exempt invoices.
What currencies are supported?
USD, CNY, EUR, GBP, JPY, HKD, CAD, and AUD. Select the currency in the Invoice Info section — the symbol will update throughout the invoice.
Can I save invoices for later use?
Currently, data resets when you refresh the page. We recommend exporting to PDF immediately after filling in the details. Future versions may add local save functionality.
